1- Author’s Responsibility

It is the author or authors’ responsibility to verify aspects of copyright, privacy protection laws, and intellectual property rights for sources of digital information, images, and visual scans. They should ensure that the research and articles are consistent with the mission and objectives of the site. The author(s) must ensure that their work is accurate, correct, and conforming to scientific content’s standards. The author is responsible for the content and should ensure that they have licenses to republish or represent any images, drawings, visual slides, quotations, shapes, and tables that lack authorization in electronic form. The author is entirely responsible for the entire content of the work.

2- Responsibility for Teamwork

For teamwork that exceeds one researcher, licensing each party is a must for publishing the work on the site. The site is not responsible for any illegal use by the researcher in his scientific research or article without obtaining licenses from its owners or publishing houses or in the event of disputes over the publishing rights between the participating parties.

3- Withdrawing or Delaying the Paper’s Publication

The researcher can withdraw the publishing license at any time he wishes after notifying the website management of his decision by the site’s e-mail. The center’s administration will then withdraw the electronic version of the author’s work from the publication after the first update. The researcher can delay the publication of his scientific work and license at a later date. After publishing the research or article in the digital Research LABs site magazine, the researcher cannot withdraw his work or cancel the publication unless he has notified the site’s management by the site’s e-mail prior to the publication date.

4- Privacy Policy 

The material posted on Research LABs is the special rights of publishers through the site, guaranteed by intellectual property laws. Therefore, to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights and in the case of quotation, the user must mention the author’s name, address of work, website name, and magazine to prevent prosecution.

تقع المسؤولية على المؤلف أو المؤلفين للتحقق من الجوانب المتعلقة بحقوق النشر وقوانين حماية الخصوصية وحقوق الملكية الفكرية لمصادر المعلومات والصور والشرائح البصرية الرقمية. وعليهم التأكد من أن البحوث والمقالات تتفق مع رسالة وأهداف الموقع، وضرورة مراجعتها والتأكد من دقتها وصحتها ومطابقتها للمعايير وذلك لتأمين سلامة المحتوى العلمي.

يعتبر المؤلف مسؤولًا عن المحتوى بصفته صاحب العمل، وعليه التأكد بصفة خاصة أنه يمتلك تراخيص إعادة نشر وتمثيل الصور والرسوم والشرائح البصرية والاقتباسات والأشكال والجداول التي لم تكن من تأليفه في شكل إلكتروني. ويعتبر المؤلف هو المسؤول بصفة كلية عن كامل محتوى العمل.

2- مسؤولية العمل الجماعي

في حال العمل الجماعي الذي يتعدى الباحث الواحد، يُعد ترخيص كل طرف على حدى أمر واجب من أجل نشر العمل في الموقع. ولا يعتبر الموقع مسؤولًا عن أي استخدام غير قانوني من طرف الباحث في بحثه العلمي أو مقاله دون حصوله على التراخيص من أصحابها أو من دور النشر، أو في حال النزاعات حول أحقية النشر بين الأطراف المشاركة.

3- سحب أو تأخير نشر الورقة

يمكن للباحث سحب رخصة النشر في أي وقت يشاء بعد إخطار إدارة الموقع بقراره عن طريق البريد الالكتروني الخاص بالموقع. بعدها تقوم إدارة المركز بسحب النسخة الإلكترونية للعمل من النشر بعد أول عملية تحين للموقع. بإمكان الباحث أن يؤخر عملية النشر لأعماله العلمية والترخيص في وقت لاحق.

أما بعد نشر البحث أو المقال ضمن مجلة الموقع الرقمية فلا يستطيع الباحث سحب عمله إو إلغاء النشر إلا إذا كان قد أخطر إدارة الموقع عن طريق البريد الالكتروني الخاص بالموقع قبل تاريخ النشر.

4- سياسة الخصوصية

إن المواد المنشورة على موقع Research LABsهي حقوق خاصة للناشرين عبر الموقع، تكفلها قوانين الملكية الفكرية، لذا، ومنعًا لانتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية وفي حالة الاقتباس يجب ذكر إسم المؤلف وعنوان عمله وإسم الموقع والمجلة منعًا للملاحقة القانونية.
